About us
We are so glad you’re here! We opened our doors in 2015, to foster a place where differences are celebrated, and there is a little something for everyone. With a mission to have a staff diverse in its strengths, our owner and head pastry chef, Katie, worked alongside her sister, who happens to have Downs Syndrome. While Covid brought about some changes in our daily staffing, Kristin is still a stellar employee at From Scratch. We have all learned to be flexible in our expectations over the last few years!
Katie loves to create pastries that are not only beautiful to look at, but delicious to eat as well. We proudly make everything from scratch, right here in our kitchen, including gluten-free and vegan-friendly items that are so good, folks can’t even tell the difference.
Because we make small batches that are fresh each day, we highly recommend that your order ahead to have your favorites boxed up and ready for you when you arrive!
